Former General Counsel to then Governor Wendell Ford. Served
as Franklin County Juvenile Judge and Franklin County Assistant
County Attorney. Served as Special Counsel to the Kentucky
Justice Cabinet, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, the
Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet, the Kentucky State
Police, the Public Service Commission, Workforce Development
Cabinet, and the Department of Financial Institutions.
